A: Shipping is free for orders above ₹599. For orders below ₹599, a standard shipping fee of ₹85 applies.

Q: Can I return my purchase?
A: Yes, returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for a full refund in the form of coupon, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. You need to ship the products back to us within 5 days. Please use a reliable courier service.
Q: Can I exchange my purchase?
A: Yes, exchanges are possible within 5 days of delivery, provided the Jewellery is in its original condition.
Q: What if my Jewellery arrives damaged?
A: If your Jewellery arrives damaged, please send an unboxing video to our WhatsApp at 8095584141 within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund in the form of a coupen. For any other queries, you can email us at shop@biglittle.in.

A: Keep your Jewellery away from water and chemicals. Store it in a dry place and clean it with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.
Q:Can I cancel my order?
A:Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as PG charges)
